Our boat hoist broke late in the evening and I was bummed that it might take several weeks to resolve. I texted Alex about the problem, he happened to be out on the lake, and was on our dock 10 minutes later! He and his crew fixed the problem so that we could use the hoist if careful. And they will be back to fix it in a permanent manner. I was astounded how fast Alex responded and to be able to fix the hoist so quickly was absolutely fantastic! Alex has helped us out on several projects for the past couple years and we will continue to use and recommend him.
